Why Backchannels is priced per account, not per seat

- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan gives you 50 credits every month, plus full search and filtering across all 225,000 contacts. Sign up with your work email. It's one free account per company.
- Do I need a credit card to sign up?
- No. Create an account, search the database, build lists, and unlock your first 50 contacts without entering payment details.
- What does one credit get me?
- One contact's full verified record: work email, direct phone where available, LinkedIn URL, title, seniority, company, company size, and region.
- What happens to credits I don't use?
- On paid plans, unused credits roll over for one month, then expire. Free plan credits refresh monthly and don't roll over.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing settings. You keep your plan and credits until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge, and the extra credits hit your account immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. Every plan is priced per account, never per seat.
- Is there a discount for paying annually?
- Yes. Annual plans get two months free.
- Does unlocking the same contact twice cost two credits?
